I’ve been practicing sewn beadwork for over 30 years, and my love for beads goes back even further. This intricate, hands-on craft involves working with very tiny beads—and as someone with an essential tremor, I’ve come to appreciate the patience and mindfulness it teaches. In this class, I’ll share some of the insights I’ve gained through this deeply meditative and rewarding practice.
We’ll also explore the fascinating history behind the Nazar, a powerful talisman known for its protective qualities and cultural significance.
